Hands-on Technical Lead and senior software engineer with 20+ years of
experience building production software and helping engineering teams solve
complex technical problems.
I combine deep software engineering experience with a strong ability to lead
by doing, mentor engineers and make complex technical subjects
understandable.
My background spans C++, backend and distributed systems, .NET, cloud
infrastructure and, more recently, blockchain protocols and Zero-Knowledge
systems.
I am at my best when working closely with engineers: understanding the problem,
exploring the design, challenging technical decisions, writing code, improving
engineering practices and helping the team grow.
My architecture experience allows me to operate at system level when needed,
but I remain fundamentally a hands-on engineer and technical doer.
